The "Wall Upgrade" project is starting in 2010 The Initiative: Whispering Pines wants to upgrade all of our walls that are covered with "carpeting" to a more modern yet durable wall covering that will add aesthetic appeal. The project is set to start in March. We will do one unit at a time and try to disrupt our residents daily lives as little as possible during the renovation process. We have been fortunate in receiving two grants toward our project and also one of Whispering Pines' special freinds has again given a sizable donation which will be put towards this endeaver. We are close to the half way mark in covering the cost of the project. Any help to cover the rest of the project through donations would be most welcome. |
